Creatures of Habit is a 29-day virtual community dedicated to exploring the principles of habit change, discussing the challenges, and driving intentional action toward a goal of one new good habit and the elimination of one bad habit. No experience is necessary, just an inclination towards curiosity and exploration.

Simply Meditation is a weekly drop-in offering that consists of gentle/seated movement, a short teaching and a guided meditation practice followed by time for reflection and discussion. No experience is necessary, just an inclination towards curiosity and exploration.
