Simply Meditation is a weekly drop-in offering that consists of gentle/seated movement, a short teaching and a guided meditation practice followed by time for reflection and discussion. No experience is necessary, just an inclination towards curiosity and exploration.

Everyday Mindfulness is a weekly drop-in offering packed with practical tools to bring mindfulness into your daily life. We’ll begin with gentle, seated movement followed by a short teaching. Then, we’ll bring the teaching into practice with a guided meditation and instructions for practice as you continue with your week. No experience necessary, just an intention to be curious and experiment.
Benefits of Everyday Mindfulness include a deeper sense of peace and relaxation, more connected relationships and an opening to enhanced creativity and productivity.
Chasing Perfection Half-Day Retreat

What happens when we mess up, make a mistake, let someone down, hurt someone’s feeling, can’t be everything to everyone, need to say no? Sometimes it can create self-doubt, self-judgment, and self-criticism. We may feel we are not enough, and this can leave us feeling defeated and isolated.
When it comes to others, we often are more forgiving, patient, and understanding. We allow others to be imperfect and human. Yet, when it comes to ourselves we may feel that we should be superhuman and perfect. What’s behind this need? What does this mean for each of us?
Join Josh to take some time to lean in and do some exploration around this need for perfection. We will practice awareness, understanding, acceptance and equanimity in a supportive imperfect environment. This will be a safe space to be ourselves and offer kindness, compassion and care to one another.

Strength Through Connection & Care: A Mindfulness Workshop

Taking time for ourselves can be a difficult endeavor, especially when we are pulled in a million different directions. Also, it is important as men to spend time with one another in an environment where we can be ourselves and offer support to one another. This workshop is a chance to stop and pause, manage stress, and to make time for you. Participants will learn techniques to work through their busy lives with opportunities for discussion, listening, and reflection. Please join Josh for an evening of connection, community, and friendship.
