28-day Meditation Challenge

Deep practice requires three things: commitment, curiosity and support. Please join us on this journey. Email us to be included in our online discussion group and tell us how it is going.

Utilizing the resources from Sharon Salzberg’s 28-day meditation challenge, participants may practice from home from their computer or at one of C4SC’s in-person or virtual programs.
